Great location with private parking available right by the historic district, sanctuary, and center. I was pleasantly surprised by the single room. 🌟.

Its staff were friendly professional. Location: the hotel was very close to the the sanctuary and the center. Also, The Seawall was 2 miles away.

The place was fairly clean with a really helpful and friendly professional staff. My FAMILY room had modern conveniences, including central heating and TV set. The location was magnificent, just next door to the historic district as well as the train station. It also was right in the heart of everything.

Very clean, modern, newly decorated hotel with spacious bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff & management. 10 -15 minute walk to Grotto on a flat terrain with no hills or slopes. Lots of shops & restaurants all around. 10 minute walk up a slope to station - or take bus. The bus stop only 10 yards away. Nice & quiet at night.

The package meal is wonderful, very homely type.

The thing I liked most was the proprietor. He was incredibly charming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was situated on a quiet street between the train station and the shrine. The room was neat and the bathroom was pretty spacious.

The walls were thin, but this wouldn't have been a problem with more respectful neighbors. The comforter/blanket could have been changed more often between clients, but this was the case with most of our hotels in France.

Perfect location, owner exceptionally attentive and friendly. Clean property with comfortable bed. Easy to get around.

Very spacious room, neat, spacious bathroom too. Staff very polite and accommodating. Short walk to entrance of Our Lady of Lourdes shrine. Highly recommended. Kids enjoyed it too.

The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from Le Petit Train and the Pic du Jer funicular. The kids absolutely loved the ride and the breathtaking views from the top. It was a memorable experience for the whole family!

My kids wished the hotel had a swimming pool for them to splash around and cool off after a day of exploring.

The Staff of the Hotel was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms was cleaned and the food at their restaurant was very good (compared to other properties in wich I stayed in Lourdes)
